Cancellation & refunds

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email; you'll get a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions, aren't refunded. If I need to cancel, you'll get a full refund or a free reschedule, your choice.

Unused sessions in a package are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 90 days of purchase.

Terms of service

Services are available only to adults aged 18 and over. By booking you confirm you are 18+.

Coaching is educational and goal-focused. It isn't medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and doesn't replace care from a licensed professional. You're responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Sessions are conversation-only. There is no nudity or sexual activity during sessions. Either party may end a session that becomes inappropriate.

Sessions are held over Zoom or FaceTime. You're responsible for a private location and a working connection.

Privacy

What I collect: your name, email, and anything you choose to share in the booking form. Payment is processed by Stripe; I never see or store your full card number.

Who processes it: Cal.com (scheduling), Stripe (payments), and Zoom or Apple FaceTime (video). Each has its own privacy policy.

Confidentiality: session content is confidential and never recorded. Any notes are stored securely and deleted on request, except where the law requires otherwise.

Your rights: email hello@goodchemistrycoaching.com to access, correct, or delete your data.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
